Northeasterly winds to gale force over the Atlantic waters will remain in place through the end of the week before gradually becoming southeasterly on Saturday. Gale force winds will develop over the outer Gulf waters this afternoon and will remain in place through the weekend. Gulf Stream Hazards: Seas building to 15 feet or higher with wind gusts 40-45 kts through the end of the week. GALE WARNING IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...
