Editor's Note...Not the best report we've eve wrote...the boss got to sneak away for a little vacation this week. He's working on getting back into the swing of things and promised a updated report soon...
OFFSHORE: Dolphin bite pushed way offshore this week. While a few have been picked off a little shallower; best dolphin bite seems to be outside of 700' of water. Trolling ballyhoo, bonita strips, and squid have all been effective for the dolphin. Kingfish bite has been good with fair number of fish around in 100-120' of water. Inshore: Good catch and release snook fishing again this week. The bridges continue to produce well, as do Palm Beach and Jupiter Inlet. Scattered reports off some mangrove snapper around. Other inshore action remains a bit spotty. Surf/Pier: Catch and release snook fishing remains the main game in town right now. Sandperch and a few croakers are biting in the first trough Strong east winds actually pushed a few summertime pompano around. NOAA MARINE WEATHER: FRIDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Period 4 seconds. Intracoastal waters a moderate chop. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. SATURDAY...East winds around 10 knots. Seas around 2 feet. Period 4 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. SUNDAY...East southeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas around 2 feet. Intracoastal waters a light chop. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Thanks For Reading, Todd Comments are closed.
